Easy and Healthy Spinach Egg Casserole

This is one of my favorite “make ahead” breakfast that I make on weekends. Tasty, luscious, and it’s easy to add in your favorite ingredients to make it your own version. The ingredients I used in this recipe are: 10 eggs 1 chopped bell pepper 1/2 chopped onion 1 bag of spinach washed and chopped 3/4 cup of shredded cheese 2 tbsp of oil Salt and pepper +++Update+++ Thanks for pointing it out!
