2 tbsp. Almond Oil
5 drops Cypress Oil
10 drops Evening Primrose Oil
10 drops Geranium Oil
20 drops Parsley Oil
Mix all these ingredients together. Apply and leave on 30 minutes at bedtime after 30 minutes wipe off the excess with a tissue before going to bed.
