Palak Paneer Recipe-How to Make Easy Palak Paneer-Spinach and Cottage Cheese Recipe | Kunal Kapur



A delicious Indian dish, good on its own or served with rice or naan bread. Best way to enjoy spinach with cottage cheese. Punjabi style palak paneer.

Ingredients:
Spinach leaves – 500 gms (1bunch)
After blanching and squeezing it becomes 130gms
Oil – 1½ tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Garlic chopped – ¾ tbsp
Ginger chopped – ¾ tbsp
Green chilli chopped – 1 no
Onion chopped – 2 tbsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Paneer cubes – 20 0 gms
Salt – to taste
Cream – 2-3 tbsp
