Spinach (pasalai keerai) is a fast growing plant. We can produce and harvest all month in a year. It’s grow well in tropical places, this type of spinach grow from seeds and also from cuttings, In this video I used cutting method. Simply cut and plant direct to the soil or pot/container. I grew rise bed of hobbit house. I will update in my social networks….
Description of spinach pasta :-
Ingredients
pasta
Fresh Spinach
3/5 tomatoes
2 onion
1/2 green pepper
Chilli powder
Sesame oil
Sea salt 1/2 tsp
Instructions :-
Bring a pot of water to a boil over heat. Add the pasta and cook until tender (7-10) minutes. Drain the pasta in a colander and keep it in cool water
While waiting for the pasta to cook, dice the tomatoes, onion, green pepper and pick some spinach leaves as needed. Take a clay/mud pot Cook the onion first with sesame oil over medium heat until softened and transparent (about 3 minutes). Add tomatoes, green pepper, sea salt chilli powder one by one. Stir to combine. a minute later add some spinach and stir it well. Add the pasta with little water and stir to combine. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper as needed. Spinach pasta is ready to eat…
