Vegetables, Spinach & Broken Rice Hodgepodge Cooking For Village Kids – Tasty Khud Khichuri Cooking

Huge Fresh Vegetables, Spinach and broken rice mixed hodgepodge cooking for village kids and villagers.

This special food called in Bengali “Khud Khichuri” because broken rice called in Bengali “Khud” in my village.

It can be called Spice Payesh. We have used here about 20 KG of vegetables and spinach. And about 15 KG of broken rice to cook mixed hodgepodge.

About 15+ women first collect the spinach & cut all the vegetables and clean it. Then they added broken rice in the pot then added all the vegetables and spice mashala of Bengali hodgepodge.

After finish cooking the women serve the food to village kids and villagers. All the peoples enjoy eating the khichdi lot.
